Your main responsibilities

Lead and execute the Area modernization sales strategy to drive revenue growth, portfolio segmentation, and pricing strategy

Develop and manage high-performing Modernization Sales teams, setting KPIs, coaching, and ensuring consistent process execution

Own forecasting, pipeline health, CRM data quality, and accountability for sales performance

Build and maintain executive-level relationships with customers, consultants, GCs, and property owners to drive conversions and portfolio upgrades

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and technology shifts to identify opportunities and gaps

Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure executable, profitable proposals and aligned offerings

Represent the company at industry events and forums while defining go-to-market modernization strategies for the Area

This role can be seated in Chicago, Pittsburgh & Dallas.

What you bring

5+ years of sales experience required with experience in elevator modernization sales preferred

Minimum of 2 years people leadership experience

Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
