Position Overview Vantage Marketing is seeking a friendly and organized
Entry-Level Customer Support Representative
to join our Orem team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, handling inquiries, and supporting a fast-paced sales and leadership environment. No prior experience is required — we provide full training.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and emails from customers and prospective team members
Assist with scheduling meetings, training sessions, and sales support tasks
Provide accurate information about programs, sales opportunities, and events
Document customer and team interactions in the company system
Follow up with leads, clients, and team members to ensure satisfaction
Resolve basic issues and elevate concerns when necessary
Maintain a professional, friendly, and positive attitude
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Entry-level role — prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM or scheduling software
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Interest in leadership development, sales, or personal growth is a plus
