Required:
Experience in Salesforce in writing Apex programming, Visual force pages, Apex triggers, Aura Components, and lightning web components. Knowledge in implementing solutions using configurations (no-code) such as Flows, process builders, workflow Rules. (8 years)
Experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process, coding standards, change control, and version management. Experience in assessing Salesforce.com architecture and provide secure, high-performance technical solutions on the Force.com platform. (8 years)
Experience in all End-to-End technical aspects of a Salesforce.com program: classic to lightning upgrades, data migrations, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, and custom development. (8 years)
Experience in implementing various authentication protocols (oAuth) to integrate 3rd party applications. Experience in core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.). (8 years)
Experience with integrating Salesforce with cloud-based applications and on-premises applications using standard and custom REST APIs. Visualforce, LWC, Aura, Apex, HTML5, and JavaScript within the Salesforce. (8 years)
Preferred:
Experience in DevOps technology including CI/CD pipeline and build and deployment tools such as Flosum, Git. (4 years)
Experience in creating custom Reports and Dashboards in Salesforce. (2 years)
Experience with Agile Software Development Methodologies. (2 years)
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and declarative tools like Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules
Design and implement secure, high-performance Salesforce architecture aligned with Force.com best practices and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) standards
Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including Classic-to-Lightning migrations, data migrations, third-party integrations, and custom application development
Integrate Salesforce with cloud-based and on-premises systems using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth protocols, and core web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, XML)
Build and deploy scalable, maintainable solutions while adhering to coding standards, version control, and change management processes
Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using tools such as Flosum and Git to streamline build, test, and deployment workflows
