As the Senior Manager, Retail Search, you'll lead the development and execution of best-in-class retail search media campaigns, while guiding and mentoring a high-performing team of Search Managers and Specialists. You’ll own campaign strategy, structure, and optimization while driving results aligned with client objectives. Responsibilities

Own and evolve retail search activation strategy across retail platforms. Oversee a team of Search Managers and Specialists to ensure campaigns are built, optimized, and reported flawlessly. Develop keyword, ad group, audience, and targeting strategies tailored to client goals and platform capabilities. Collaborate closely with the Director, Retail Search to streamline operations and refine internal processes that improve performance and efficiency. Create and present strategic campaign recommendations and performance insights to clients and internal stakeholders. Drive the development of holistic retail media strategies, including media mix, channel investment planning, and budget allocations. Lead team training, development, and performance reviews, ensuring ongoing growth and capability building. Champion data-driven decision-making and instill best-in-class search practices across the team. Act as a key strategic advisor for both clients and internal commerce leaders. Qualifications

We’re looking for a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who’s passionate about retail media and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 6+ years of hands-on retail search experience, with a focus on campaign execution, optimization, and performance analysis. Proven experience with retail media platforms (Walmart, Instacart, Criteo, CitrusAds, Kroger/PromoteIQ). Experience managing and mentoring a team of media professionals. Strong presentation skills and the ability to simplify complex data into actionable strategies. Confident communicator with a client-first mindset and the ability to lead discussions with senior stakeholders. Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Deep curiosity about the retail and omnichannel media landscape and a drive to continuously improve and evolve. Experience working with global CPG or retail brands. Agency background or high-growth eCommerce company experience. Additional Information

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
