
Performance Marketing Manager (Native Advertising)

Responsibilities
Own end-to-end performance of native acquisition channels, driving profitable growth across Insurance products with clear accountability to revenue and margin targets
Scale spend efficiently while improving core KPIs (CPL, RPC, CPA, ROI) and maintaining strict compliance standards
Identify and unlock new revenue opportunities through strategic testing of audiences, publishers, ad formats, and creative frameworks
Translate complex datasets into actionable insights that materially improve performance and competitive advantage
Diagnose performance bottlenecks through root-cause analysis and implement high-impact optimizations across targeting, bidding, creative, and funnel strategy
Build scalable reporting frameworks and dashboards that enable faster, smarter decision-making across the team
Leverage automation, tracking infrastructure, and emerging technologies to create operational leverage and drive efficiency
Develop differentiated campaign angles and positioning tailored to the Medicare audience that improve click quality and downstream conversion value
Requirements
3-7 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the insurance lead generation vertical
Proven track record of managing and optimizing native advertising campaigns in high-value, considered purchase verticals
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights
Experience with marketing analytics tools and platforms such as Looker
Proficiency in setting up and managing campaigns in Taboola, Outbrain, and other relevant platforms
Excellent project management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent years of experience)
Highly quantitative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
