Purpose Financial is looking for a
Product Analyst
to join our Product team. This Product Analyst is central to shape product strategy and will be responsible for implementing risk-based pricing strategies, identifying untapped opportunities and improvement areas, and facilitating portfolio optimization. The ideal candidate should possess strong quantitative skills and proficiency in data manipulation, with the potential to frame and solve business challenges through a data-driven lens. As part of the product team, the Product Analyst will directly collaborate with Credit Risk, Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering, having broad exposure to the entire product lifecycle with a foundational career acceleration as a data-driven product professional. Job Responsibility
Develop deep-dive analysis of product performance and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and growth Extract and clean data from databases and analytics platforms to assist with the design and prioritization of product feature enhancement Build and maintain dashboard and reports to track key metrics Perform routine data analyses to address clearly defined business questions Support A/B testing and pilot initiative by preparing datasets, validating inputs and summarizing results for review by senior team members Assist in developing and implementing predictive models to support long-term roadmap planning with data-driven insights Strategic Insights & Product Influence: Transform data findings into digestible insights and aid in advocating for product improvements Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape Identify trends and analyze variances from the budget to aid in project prioritization Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product strategies that align with business goals Accountability:

Education Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. (Advanced Degree preferred.) Experience Required
Experience as a product analyst, data scientist, data engineering or related role where required experience gained. Prior experience in the near prime/subprime consumer lending industry would be an asset. Must have hands‑on experience in SQL and Python to extract large datasets from relational databases and perform data manipulation Demonstrated experience building interactive and production‑level dashboards and reports using Tableau (or similar tools like Sigma, Power BI, Qlik) Ability to combine data from multiple sources to analyze and interpret business performance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed to communicate in person, by phone, and through email. Knowledge Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adaptability and flexibility to a changing environment; and comfortable working in a dynamic, high‑volume, fast‑paced environment. Ability to understand and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and laws governing our industry/business and products. Physical Requirements
