Location – Portland, OR (Hybrid: 3 days in-office / 2 remote)
Location: Downtown Portland, OR
Key Responsibilities
Manage and service a $600K–$700K commercial lines book of business
Act as primary day-to-day contact for client service needs
Handle renewals, policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and coverage reviews
Market accounts as needed and negotiate with carriers
Collaborate closely with Producers and internal service teams
Ensure compliance, documentation accuracy, and timely processing
Identify cross-sell or coverage gap opportunities
Qualifications
5+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience
Active Oregon Property & Casualty (P&C) License
Strong working knowledge of commercial coverages (GL, Property, Auto, Umbrella, Workers Comp, etc.)
Experience managing mid-market accounts
Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and renewal cycles
Specialty industry experience is not required.
