Your Career Opportunity In this exciting new career opportunity, you'll be reporting to the Head of Global Mobility Partnerships on full‑time hours and working from home remotely.

Global Mobility Business Development Executive You will play a pivotal role in identifying and pursuing new global mobility opportunities by building strategic partnerships with relocation providers and supporting direct‑to‑client sales initiatives. You will leverage exceptional communication skills to cultivate strong client relationships, from initial engagement through successful deal closure, while ensuring a seamless and high‑quality after‑sales experience.

Objectives

Achieve new business targets by acquiring new relocation management partners

Partner with regional sales teams to drive direct‑to‑client global mobility sales

Expedite the deal closure process, demonstrating efficiency and responsiveness in securing new business opportunities

Responsibilities

Develop and execute structured prospecting strategies, self‑generate leads through outbound efforts and referrals, qualify marketing‑generated leads, and conduct in‑depth research to identify key decision‑makers, client needs, and tailored solutions

Conduct personalized outreach via calls, email, social media, and industry events; deliver compelling, customized presentations; and leverage marketing collateral to effectively communicate the value proposition

Prepare proposals, contracts, and required documentation; lead negotiations in collaboration with Legal and Finance; and ensure efficient, compliant, and timely deal closure

Maintain accurate CRM records, actively manage the sales pipeline, and provide timely reports, revenue forecasts, and pipeline updates to sales leadership

Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies; participate in ongoing training; and share client and market insights to inform Sales, Marketing, and Product strategies

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Sales Operations, and Client Success to align strategies, support seamless client onboarding, share best practices, and foster long‑term client satisfaction

Requirements

5+ years of sales experience with a proven ability to meet targets, negotiate effectively, close deals, and build strong, lasting customer relationships

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate clear value propositions and deliver impactful presentations. Advanced English required; additional languages are a plus

Team‑oriented professional with strong strategic, big‑picture thinking, excellent research skills, and a solid understanding of industry trends and market dynamics

Highly organized and self‑motivated, with strong time‑management skills, the ability to prioritize effectively, and a commitment to maintaining high‑quality standards

Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally to drive customer satisfaction, foster teamwork, and contribute positively with a friendly, professional attitude

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and comfortable leveraging tools to support sales planning, reporting, and presentations

Details

Location: Home‑based in Arizona, California or Washington State

Contract: Full‑time, at‑will employment

Salary range: USD 55,000 – 77,000 gross per year (base salary)

Remote Work Allowance: All employees receive a monthly stipend of $23.53 to support remote work expenses

AFLAC Benefits Program: Short‑Term Disability coverage providing financial protection in the event of a temporary illness or injury

Health Insurance (QUERSHA): Employer contribution of up to $5,850 annually toward your health coverage

401(k) Retirement Plan: Traditional 401(k) with optional Roth contributions and profit sharing. Employer match of up to 5% (maximum $6,500 per year), with loan options available

Travel: Availability to travel periodically to represent the company at industry conferences, attend client meetings, and participate in annual team meetups

Schedule: Ability to maintain at least 2–3 hours of daily overlap with European time zones to support cross‑regional collaboration
