What You Will Be Doing:
Data Analysis:
Analyze packet data and binary data to extract valuable information.
Large Dataset Management:
Work with large datasets to pinpoint relevant items of interest and provide timely feedback to stakeholders to ensure mission success.
Stakeholder Interaction:
Collaborate daily with customers, developers, and other project stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
Reverse Engineering:
Perform reverse engineering and/or protocol reverse engineering to uncover critical insights.
Script Development:
Develop and maintain customer programs/scripts in a Linux command‑line environment.
Requirements:
Clearance:
Active Top Secret clearance with polygraph.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Sciences, or a related discipline (additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
Minimum of 5+ years of experience using Wireshark or other network analysis tools.
Expertise in packet structures, Internet Protocol Suite/OSI Model, Layer 2 routing and/or tunneling protocols, Layer 7 protocols, and VoIP‑based protocols.
2+ years of experience developing and modifying tooling in a Bash environment.
Networking Knowledge: Strong understanding of various network configurations and architectures.
Desired Skills:
Certifications:
Network‑focused certifications such as CCNA or CCNP.
Specialized Knowledge:
TDNA or CTN certifications.
Security Clearance Requirement: An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.
Salary Range: $86,700.00 - $151,700.00
