About the Role Join a
leading global watch group
to design women’s watch collections that are innovative, fashion-forward, and commercially impactful. You’ll work closely with senior design leadership to create concepts that reflect the brand’s feminine aesthetic and meet quality, cost, and line plan standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop 2D and 3D watch designs in line with seasonal concepts and brand DNA.
Create spec packs, present designs, and collaborate with merchandising, product development, and marketing teams.
Uphold design integrity, ensure timely delivery, and maintain a strong feminine aesthetic across collections.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and 3D software (SolidWorks, Rhino, Alias) to produce professional outputs.
Must-Have Skills
4–7 years of
women’s watch design experience
(exceptional jewelry designers may be considered).
Strong sketching, rendering, and technical watch knowledge.
Proficiency in 2D/3D design software.
Fashion-forward with commercial sensibility.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
