We’re seeking a creative, data‑driven Meta Ads Specialist to help families discover the best senior living, home health, and hospice options in their communities. You’ll own strategy and execution across Facebook & Instagram, partnering closely with our Google Ads Specialist to build a cohesive, high‑performance lead‑gen engine.**What You’ll Do*** Build full‑funnel Meta campaigns across Facebook & Instagram (video, reels, carousel, lead forms).* Customize campaigns for 200+ local markets, highlighting each community’s unique strengths.* Ensure HIPAA‑compliant tracking using Pixel, CAPI, and secure tools like PostHog.* Map Meta lead data within the CRM to prove ROI and refine targeting.* Collaborate with design on creative testing and continuous A/B experimentation.* Develop advanced audiences, including lookalikes and retargeting funnels.* Serve as the social counterpart to our Google Ads Specialist for unified messaging.**What You Bring*** 3+ years managing Meta lead‑gen campaigns.* Experience managing $50K+ monthly budgets across multiple locations.* Healthcare or regulated‑industry experience preferred.* Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, CAPI, CRM data flows, and privacy‑safe tracking.* Detail‑oriented, empathetic communicator, and collaborative problem‑solver.**Additional Information**We are committed to providing a competitive Total Rewards Package that meets our employees’ needs.
