Reporting Lines
- Direct reporting: Cluster General Manager (CGM)
- Dotted line reporting: VP Sales
What You Will Own
- Full responsibility for cluster-wide sales strategy and execution
- Revenue growth across Leisure, Corporate, Wholesale, Luxury Travel, MICE, Events, Banqueting, and Sports segments
- Expansion of international feeder markets and high-value partnerships
- Strategic management of Tour Operators, Corporate Accounts, OTAs, GDS, DMCs, Airlines, GHA, and MICE partners
- High-level contract negotiation and commercial decision-making
- Sales performance, forecasting, and accountability at cluster level
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with Revenue, Distribution, Marketing, and Operations
- Brand representation at major trade shows, sales missions, and global industry events
- Leadership of a multi-property sales team built to perform, compete, and win
Who Will Succeed
- 8–10+ years in hospitality sales with multi-segment exposure
- Proven success in cluster or multi-property commercial roles
- Strong international market development and negotiation track record
- Deep understanding of the UAE hospitality landscape
- Commercially fearless, data-driven, and execution-focused
- Fluent in business English (additional languages a strong advantage)
Credentials
- University Degree or equivalent
- Sales / Hospitality Management certification preferred
