Our client is a 7th generation, family-owned Australian beef company known globally for premium grass-fed programs. Following expansion into the United States, they are seeking a Foodservice Sales Director to aggressively grow and diversify their US customer base across foodservice chains, distributors, and wholesale channels.

Reporting to the North American CEO and partnering closely with Australia, this is a hands-on, field-driven sales role built for a true hunter. The right leader will spend significant time in-market opening doors, building long-term partnerships, and converting high-quality opportunities into scalable programs aligned with supply and capacity realities.

What You’ll Drive

  • Proactively land new strategic foodservice and wholesale accounts
  • Target mid-to-high volume customers with long-term program potential
  • Maintain and deepen a small portfolio of existing accounts
  • Work closely with operations and supply chain to align commitments with production realities
  • Stay highly engaged in-market through customer visits, trade shows, and industry events
  • Provide market intelligence to shape portfolio and customer mix strategy

What You Bring

  • 5–10+ years of foodservice or protein sales experience
  • Proven ability to open doors and grow durable customer relationships
  • Understanding of distributors, chains, and emerging foodservice brands
  • Experience selling protein or value-added food products preferred
  • High energy, resilient, and comfortable in a travel-heavy, field-based role
