ARSNL Media is a performance marketing agency built for multi-location growth brands across healthcare, restaurants, retail, luxury yachting, spirits, alternative beverages, and other consumer service categories.

ARSNL Health is our emerging dedicated healthcare offering, focused on modern, choice-driven healthcare where patients behave like informed consumers. We’re hiring a Director, Healthcare New Business to build and run a focused growth engine for ARSNL Health, aiming at the right rooms with the right prospects.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the healthcare new business strategy and pipeline for ARSNL Health, from target definition to signed SOW.
  • Define and refine our healthcare ideal customer profiles (multi-location surgical groups, cash-pay specialties, blood/plasma centers, and other physician organizations with 5+ doctors or multiple locations).
  • Build and manage outbound programs (prospect lists, email sequences, conferences, partnerships) and tighten qualification on inbound leads so time is spent on real opportunities.
  • Run first-touch conversations and discovery calls, shaping needs into clear briefs and opportunities before bringing in agency leadership.
  • Partner with strategy, media, and account teams to develop proposals and pitches that connect multi-location performance marketing with healthcare realities (patient acquisition, retention, local competition, regulation).
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline in CRM, with weekly reporting on activity, stage progression, forecast, and key learnings.
  • Bring market feedback into ARSNL Health positioning, offer design, and pricing (which services we lead with, which packages resonate, where we win or lose).

What We’re Looking For

  • 7–10+ years of experience in healthcare business development, partnerships, or sales, ideally with exposure to healthcare marketing, multi-location providers, MSOs, PE-backed platforms, or healthcare-focused agencies.
  • Experience sourcing and winning new healthcare accounts and growing revenue over time.
  • Strong grasp of how modern healthcare organizations think about growth (patient acquisition, service-line growth, reputation, and digital front doors).
  • Comfort selling integrated solutions that may include performance media, web, local SEO, and content, with a track record of working closely with marketing or agency teams.
  • Clear, polished communication and writing; able to lead conversations with executives and physicians and translate complex needs into straightforward proposals.
  • Builder mindset: you like creating structure (process, cadences, playbooks) and improving them as you learn.
  • Based in South Florida for hybrid collaboration, or remote within the U.S. with the ability to travel for key meetings and industry events.
