Be part of an inclusive environment that thrives on diverse cultures and backgrounds. Your Responsibilities: Prospect and promote Green Guard First Aid products within your sales territory. Utilize various lead-generation strategies to identify and connect with potential customers. Supervise and motivate the Territory Managers in your region to achieve their sales targets. Collaborate with the uniform sales team to maximize selling opportunities and leverage both product lines for better results. Conduct CPR/First Aid and AED training sessions for clients, sharing your expertise and providing essential support. Consistently strive to meet and surpass monthly and yearly revenue goals. Contribute significantly to the company's overall financial success through dedicated performance. Qualifications: We are looking for individuals who possess the following: A high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered. Must be 18 years or older. A valid non-commercial driver's license and a safe driving record are essential. Must meet the minimum auto insurance requirements for using personal vehicles for business purposes per UniFirst's standards. Experience in business-to-business sales or account management is required. A solid understanding of business principles and the capacity to learn quickly. Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
