This role is responsible for shaping the channel’s business development strategy, identifying high-value opportunities, and driving integration to maximize long-term value creation.**Responsibilities*** Develop and manage business cases for inorganic and organic growth opportunities in the trade channel* Oversee the initial execution of business development initiatives and the integration into the Trade Channel teams* Own the entire inorganic and organic business development growth process from end to end for the Trade channel* Serve as the extension of Trade Leadership Team with external stakeholders and on cross functional strategy teams* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and integration of new business initiatives* Cultivate a strong professional network within the industry; actively seek out new business partnership opportunities**Qualifications*** 10+ years of progressive experience in business development or strategy, with a proven track record of leading successful transactions from origination through execution and integration.* Strong financial acumen, complemented by excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.* MBA or related advanced degree preferred.* Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable growth initiatives.* Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.* Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, complex environments.* Collaborative leader with the ability to influence across functions and geographies.At Delta Faucet Company, our people are our greatest assets.
