The **Bushnell Director of Global Sales** will play a critical role in expanding Bushnell’s presence internationally while strengthening core markets through disciplined sales management, pricing strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. This role sits within the Outdoor Performance Global Commercial team and is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, managing distributor partnerships, and aligning regional sales execution with brand, product, and financial objectives.* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.* 8–12 years of progressive sales experience, including leadership roles.* Demonstrated experience in **international sales and global distributor management**.* Strong understanding of **international pricing models**, margin management, and commercial negotiations.* Proven ability to lead teams, influence cross-functionally, and manage complexity across regions.* Experience within the sporting goods, outdoor, or consumer products industry strongly preferred.* Proficiency with CRM systems, forecasting tools, and standard business software.* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
