**About this Role:**We are seeking an **Associate Director, Knowledge & Content Systems** based out of any of our U.S. locations such as, **Dallas, TX, Los Angeles, CA, Chicago, IL, Denver, CO, or Miami, FL.** This individual will own the systems and workflows that support how we pursue work and maintain quality. The Associate Director will shape how knowledge is captured and used so teams can find what they need efficiently and with confidence. As Consertus continues to grow our footprint globally, this role becomes central to integrating qualifications content into a shared, usable ecosystem.This is a high-visibility position with a direct line to how we win work and protect consistency across the firm.**Key Responsibilities:****Content Leadership & Governance*** Oversee and manage BD-critical content platforms, including the content and digital media libraries and Flowcase, ensuring information and imagery is accessible, current, and aligned with Consertus standards.* Partner with VP, Enterprise Growth to communicate clear governance for how content is stored and maintained.* Serve as the single point of contact for content entering the library, reviewing format, messaging, accuracy, and compliance with branding and BD strategy.**Enterprise Knowledge Integration*** Lead the onboarding of qualifications and technical content for all incoming firms including resumes, project sheets, case studies, boilerplate, and firm-level credentials.* Ensure new firm qualifications are integrated into Flowcase and mapped to the appropriate business units, end markets, and teams.* Ensure qualification statements are updated for each end market, service, and business unit, adding new expertise as additional firms and capabilities come online.* Continuously explore ways to use our existing IT infrastructure to make the team more efficient with gathering information from previous best-practice proposals, technical content, and the most up-to-date statutory company information.**Training*** Train BD and technical teams on content systems, usage protocols, and best practices for maintaining high-quality information.* Develop guidance and workflows to ensure the pursuit teams always have easy access to project images and reliable information including resumes, project descriptions, and core proposal content.**Content Quality & Narrative Consistency*** Maintain the accuracy and usability of proposal materials including staff bios, case studies, past performance content, boiler responses, and proposal imagery (project-specific and stock images) used across pursuits.* Work closely with pursuit team leaders to keep narrative libraries current and aligned with Consertus’ evolving service lines.* Drive continuous improvement across content formats to ensure material is polished, digestible, and differentiated.**Qualifications/Requirements:*** 10-15 years of experience in knowledge management, proposal development, content strategy, or related discipline within organizations that deliver complex capital projects.* Experience operating at scale, preferably supporting global organizations.* Demonstrated ability to build and lead knowledge systems, including content libraries, resume platforms, and structured qualification repositories.* Strong understanding of how BD teams use content across pursuits, proposals, and client-facing materials.* Proven success implementing new workflows, training teams, and driving adoption across a broad user base.* Exceptional writing, editing, and systems-thinking skills.* Familiarity with platforms such as Flowcase, SharePoint, Salesforce, or equivalent content-management tools (experience with integrations a plus).* Ability to work across a matrixed organization and manage competing priorities.**Working hours & location:*** Full-time, Exempt. Standard business hours with occasional evenings and weekends during peak workloads.* Hybrid or Remote role with approximately 10% travel.
