This role is responsible for designing, optimizing, and governing provider scheduling standards to ensure timely, equitable, and consistent patient access across all clinics and service lines.The Director partners with executive leadership, clinical chairs, practice administrators, and centralized scheduling teams to drive system‑wide access strategy, strengthen operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with access standards. This leader oversees analytics, policy development, workforce planning, and performance improvement initiatives that directly impact patient access, provider satisfaction, and organizational growth.# **Minimum Job Qualifications*** **Licensure or other certifications:*** **Educational Requirements:** Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field* **Minimum Experience:** 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare access, scheduling, operations or ambulatory settings.
