Duties and Responsibilities
Manage campus operations in collaboration with other college staff to ensure a high-quality student experience and alignment with college-wide goals.
Collaborate with Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, and Workforce Development to ensure effective scheduling, advising, instructional delivery, and student support services.
Develop and implement campus-specific strategies that align with LDCC’s strategic plan and address local community and industry needs.
Oversee assigned campus budget lines and resource allocation; ensure fiscal responsibility and adherence to college policies and state regulations.
Build and sustain partnerships with K-12 institutions, economic development agencies, employers, and civic organizations.
Represent LDCC in local and regional forums as needed, strengthening the College’s visibility and reputation.
Provide supervision, mentorship, and performance evaluation for campus staff.
Promote a safe and welcoming campus climate.
Support efforts to secure external funding through grants, sponsorships, and philanthropic partnerships in alignment with college process and policy.
Support and contribute to institutional accreditation, compliance, and continuous improvement efforts.
Participate in leadership discussions that shape college-wide policy and direction.
Perform other duties as assigned in support of the College’s mission.

Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution OR five (5) or more years of progressively responsible leadership experience in higher education, workforce development, or private‑sector administration.
Demonstrated excellence in communication, relationship‑building, public engagement, and organizational leadership.
Commitment to student success and a service‑oriented leadership philosophy.
Committed to alignment with the mission, vision, and core values of Louisiana Delta Community College.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s or Doctoral degree in education, business, workforce development, or related field.
Prior experience managing campus‑level operations or comparable community‑based programs.
Working knowledge of workforce development systems and community college education.
