Role: Event Operations Specialist/Change Management Operations Specialist/PM Location : Cupertino, CA (Hybrid) Duration: 6 months Job Description: 1) Role will be required to execute events and operations across People Change Management in service to required training deliverables across global Apple Managers and People Business Partner populations. Event Planning and Coordination: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of virtual events. This includes managing the event and registration site creation, and providing necessary communication support. Data Management and Reporting: Assist in the creation of distribution lists, attendance reporting, and other data-driven tasks. Innovative Solutions: Contribute innovative ideas and solutions based on key metrics and data findings. Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders across different organizations. Task Management: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, effectively prioritize workloads, and adapt to changing deadlines. 2) Project management experience as the person can help with project management of People programs as needed.
