Internship Summary:

Our Digital Marketing Intern works directly with the Director of Digital Products on the Marketing Team. This intern will be involved in creating, testing, executing and evaluating digital marketing projects for Pioneers' brand awareness, mobilization and fundraising efforts. Whether your strengths lie in design, analytics, storytelling, or campaign management, you'll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of digital marketing while learning how strategic communication drives impact. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop new campaign ideas and digital strategies. Assist in planning and creating content across digital platforms. Conduct research on audience trends, marketing best practices, and competitor activity to inform campaign improvements. Support the execution of digital campaigns, including tracking performance and gathering insights. Provide creative input on messaging, visuals, and user experience for digital initiatives. Compile and analyze basic campaign and engagement data to evaluate effectiveness. Participate in team meetings and contribute feedback from a fresh perspective. Qualifications:

May 26 - July 31 10 weeks in Orlando, FL serving the US-Mobilization Base. 30 hours per week

This is a support-raised position. Interns are required to raise their hourly wage of $20 per hour. Virtual support raising coaching will be provided for each Intern in the months prior to internship.

Housing is provided by the program Interns must provide their own transportation to and from the office Intern Orientation Intern Debrief/Final Week 6 hours of in-person coaching over the course of the internship
