Job Description:
The Jr Web Design Production Designer supports web production initiatives by preparing, auditing, and finalizing digital design assets for developer handoff within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Finalize and clean up Figma files for developer handoff Audit, resize, and export hundreds of product images for web pages Support product description page updates across 200+ pages Assist with international page migrations to new global hubs Handle small ad hoc image updates and minor layout adjustments Collaborate closely with senior designers and follow established design systems Pivot between multiple production tasks with precision and attention to detail Requirements:
Must-Haves: Portfolio showcasing clean, crisp, precise web design with strong use of white space Experience in web production design for digital products Advanced Figma skills (variables, auto layout, responsive components) Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (image resizing, editing, exporting) Experience preparing files for developer handoff Strong attention to detail and ability to follow direction Ability to collaborate and adapt in a team-driven environment
Nice-to-Haves: Experience working on large-scale website migrations Exposure to internationalization/localization projects Experience creating banner ads or updating existing digital assets
