Responsibilities

As a PRN PTA, you won't just support the care process

you'll enhance it. Working hand-in-hand with our Physical Therapists, you'll help design and deliver personalized treatment plans that improve mobility, independence, and quality of life for our senior community. You'll also: Set and achieve meaningful patient goals. Bring creativity and compassion into every session. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Stay productive while keeping documentation timely and thorough. Qualifications

A degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. A valid state PTA license. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends. Bonus points if you have experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehab settings
