The Opportunity
This is a high-impact role for a social media strategist who thrives on proving ROI and changing minds. You'll take underutilized social media accounts for independent medical practices and transform them into measurable patient acquisition and retention engines—while educating healthcare providers who may not yet understand social media's business value.
As Treatspace's Senior Social Media Specialist, you'll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of social media initiatives for 15-20 healthcare clients. This isn't about vanity metrics—it's about driving real business outcomes: more patient appointments, stronger online reputations, and practices that understand why their digital presence matters. This includes leveraging both organic and paid social media strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion opportunities.
This role is ideal for a strategic, performance-driven social media professional with 3–5+ years of proven experience growing accounts and delivering measurable results for business customers.
