About the Role

Neurology Care is seeking a

Provider Relations Representative

to build, grow, and maintain referral relationships with primary care providers and specialty practices. This role is focused on

in-person outreach

, relationship building, and becoming a trusted point of contact for referring offices. You will represent Neurology Care in the community—educating providers on our services, improving the referral experience, and driving consistent referral volume through strong professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct

in-person visits

to primary care and specialty practices to introduce and promote Neurology Care Build and maintain long-term relationships with physicians, office managers, and referral coordinators Educate referring offices on: Services offered Providers and specialties Referral process, fax numbers, and scheduling workflow Identify opportunities to

increase referral volume

and improve provider satisfaction Serve as a liaison between referring offices and internal scheduling / clinical teams Deliver marketing materials, referral pads, and updates to provider offices Track visits, conversations, and outcomes in CRM or reporting tools Gather feedback from referring offices to improve processes and patient experience Represent Neurology Care professionally at community or medical networking events (as needed)

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in

healthcare outreach, provider relations, medical sales, or referral development Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable with

face-to-face relationship building

and field work Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven Familiarity with medical practices, referrals, or healthcare workflows preferred Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
