
Social Media Marketing Intern - Create content that moves people!

As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you'll play a hands-on role in shaping Urban Air's digital presence. From content creation to campaign support, you'll help drive awareness, engagement, and traffic to our parks. This is a creative, fast-paced role for someone who lives on social media and understands how content turns into real-world results.
What You'll Be Doing: • Create, edit, and post content for TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms • Capture in-park photos and videos that showcase attractions, parties, events, and guest experiences • Interact with guests - get their participation and engagement in content - happy guests having fun attract guests looking for fun • Take control in front of the camera: we want guest interviews, attraction spotlights, park tours and more • Assist with social media campaigns, promotions, and launches • Help manage the content calendar and schedule posts • Monitor engagement, respond to comments and DMs, and build real connections with our audience • Research trends, sounds, hashtags, and competitors to keep content fresh and relevant • Track basic analytics (reach, engagement, growth) and help identify what's working
What We're Looking For: • At least 18 years old • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related program • Strong interest in social media marketing and content creation • Familiarity with platforms like TikTok, Reels, Stories, and Facebook • Comfortable filming, editing, and occasionally being on camera • Understanding of social trends, algorithms, and viral content • Organized, creative, and detail-oriented • Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fun environment • A natural people-person who loves working with kids and families. • Available to work weekends (because that's when the fun happens!). • Bonus - Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools
