We are seeking a Lead Developer for an Asset Management Project for our client located in Boston, MA. This position requires 100% on-site presence, and unfortunately,

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of cloud-based applications and analytics/models to support Asset Management and Front Office Investments teams.
- Collaborate with traders, portfolio managers, and analysts to deliver innovative technology solutions that enhance client support.
- Drive full lifecycle software development, including discovery, implementation, and continuous improvement.
- Apply engineering expertise to automate and optimize business processes using analytics and machine learning/GenAI concepts.
- Ensure solutions align with commercial goals and modern software practices such as agile, CI/CD, code review, and testing.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a hands-on software engineer with a strong track record of solving complex technical and business challenges.
- Proficiency in platforms and tools such as Aladdin, Aladdin APIs, Index Data (Solactive, S&P), Axioma, Perform, and Vestmark.
- Deep understanding of modern engineering techniques including agile development, continuous integration, and unit testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a mindset focused on ownership, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Recognized domain expertise and ability to bring fresh perspectives to engineering-driven, value-focused solutions.
