Sales Estimator
to join our part-time team. This is a
commission-only opportunity
built for someone who thrives on connecting with homeowners, following up with consistency, and closing with integrity.
We provide the leads. You focus on connection, quoting, and closing.
What You'll Be Doing: Conduct in-home estimates for residential and light commercial painting jobs Use our mobile estimating tools to build and present project quotes Guide customers through their options with confidence and professionalism Follow up consistently to close jobs and hand off cleanly to our production team Represent our brand with integrity, respect, and clear communication What We're Looking For:
Local to Ocean County, NJ (required) Sales or customer-facing experience (home services, real estate, solar, etc. preferred) Strong closer with excellent follow-up habits Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Part-time availability (afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends as needed) Coachable and eager to grow within a values-driven environment What You Can Expect:
Commission-only structure
based on experience, performance, and job tier Flexible part-time schedule (you choose your availability week to week) Consistent inbound leads provided by our marketing team - no cold calling Hands-on support, quoting tools, and sales training provided Positive, purpose-driven team environment focused on excellence and growth
