Design and architect enterprise-grade backup, recovery, and cyber resilience solutions using:
Dell EMC Data Domain Avamar Integrated Data Protection Appliance (IDPA) PowerProtect Data Manager (PPDM) Cyber Recovery Vault RecoverPoint for Virtual Machines (RP4VM)
Work directly with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution architectures, and develop detailed implementation plans. Provide subject matter expertise and leadership throughout the solution lifecycle-from design and planning to implementation and post-deployment support. Align solutions with industry best practices for data protection, regulatory compliance, and cyber recovery. Integrate backup and recovery solutions with
ServiceNow
and other ITSM platforms for streamlined ticketing, automation, and operational efficiency. Lead troubleshooting and performance tuning efforts during deployment and operations phases. Stay current with emerging trends in data protection, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity, and incorporate them into client solutions. Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and customer-facing presentations.
