Position Summary:

As a Provider Relations Account Manager, you will support and manage business relationships with the HOMELINK provider network, for services that include but are not limited to physical medicine, diagnostic imaging, hearing healthcare, DME, home health nursing, as well as transportation and translation, and more. Providing

Reporting Accountability:

Provider Relations Manager Working Location:

Remote, hybrid, or on-site in Waterloo, Iowa (travel to be expected) Work Hours Classification:

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm+

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain strong business relationships with HOMELINK's provider network through ongoing customer service, engagement efforts, trust building, and communication Engage with providers ranging in size from one-location to national footprints within the HOMELINK network of providers Collaborate with network development executives and other cross-functional team members to determine areas of focus for network development Review new business opportunities and overall needs with leaders of each department including but not limited to Physical Therapy, Diagnostic Imaging, Hearing Healthcare, DME, Transportation, Home Modification, and more Conduct and lead regular stewardship meetings with provider partners Assist with best ways to reach targeted network coverage for all HOMELINK services Identify service and non-service issues with networks and payers to help eliminate or minimize issues Act as a liaison between HOMELINK providers and HOMELINK operations Work closely with HOMELINK Credentialing team in efforts to both build and maintain networks comprised of quality, credentialed providers Communicate effectively and professionally via phone, email, and other communication platforms to best serve HOMELINK providers and answer inquiries in a timely manner Attend and exhibit at conferences and trade shows as needed Assist with new employee training Follows strict confidentiality and HIPAA privacy and security guidelines Perform other duties as assigned Key Qualifications: Education/Experience

High school diploma/GED desired Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred Must comply with continuing education per Company, regulatory, contractual, and accreditation requirements' Skills and competencies

Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment Exemplary communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate via phone, email, and various communication platforms Strong organization, prioritization and time management skills with a keen attention to detail Knowledge of various healthcare industry billing and/or coding terminologies such as ICD-10, HCPCS, CPT, modifiers, and various Medicare LCDs Physical Requirements

Working at a physical desk, moving about the office and facility as needed for work Operation of office machinery and equipment Visual abilities to include reading, distance vision, and peripheral vision Ability to travel as needed

Compensation Overview: The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.
