Job Overview:

Travel Media Group has an exciting opportunity for a creative writer and social media enthusiast! We are looking for a fun and energetic social media coordinator to work in a fast-paced environment who is self-motivated with a strong background in copywriting, social media marketing, and attention to detail to develop content for a large portfolio of hotel partners. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel and for developing interactive content and engagement with current and future hotel guests. This position is a hybrid role that involves working in our main office in Maitland, FL. Monday-Thursday, working from home on Fridays.

Social Media Coordinator Job Responsibilities: Execute a results-driven social media strategy. Develop and curate high-volume engaging content for social media platforms. Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content. Maintain a unified brand voice for each customer across social media channels. Audit social media posts for clarity, consistency, and effectiveness. Collaborate with hotel owners, managers, and marketing teams to create weekly & monthly social media calendars. Monitor social media channels for industry trends. Review analytics and create reports on key metrics. Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy. Ideal Candidate Qualifications & Skills:

Has a passion for social media, a proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools, as well as an eagerness to learn Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar Fluent with the nuances of social media writing, including the use of hashtags, emojis, puns, and acronyms Familiarity with copyright and free-use images Self-motivated with an ability to work independently as well as part of a team Strong creative thinking skills and the ability to think conceptually Analytical and problem-solving skills Impressive time management skills and the ability to multitask Passionate about working with clients and delivering on the promise of an excellent client experience Strong background in copywriting and content creation Must exhibit a positive, cooperative, and friendly attitude, especially under pressure Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred with an English, Journalism, Advertising/Public Relations, Marketing, or Communications focus 1 -2 years of experience in client support, marketing, social media, and/or guest relations Knowledge of image editing and designing tools, including Adobe, Canva, & CapCut Benefits include:
