to build scalable Salesforce solutions. Provide technical and functional guidance across multiple Salesforce clouds. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Coordinate and manage an offshore team of up to
9 resources . Ensure best practices, code quality, and performance optimization. Support integrations with external systems and third-party tools. Participate in architecture discussions and solution roadmaps. Required Qualifications
10-12 years of total IT experience with strong Salesforce expertise. Proven hands-on development experience using
Apex and Java . Experience across multiple Salesforce platforms (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, FSC). Strong leadership and team coordination skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to work onsite in
San Diego or Denver
3-4 days per week.
