What You'll Be Doing: Help customers find the perfect vehicle for their lifestyle and budget. Whether they're searching for a reliable commuter, a family-friendly SUV, a capable truck, or a performance-inspired ride, you'll be the expert in matching them with their ideal vehicle Ensure every step of the sales process is exciting, smooth, and memorable, from the first test drive to handing over the keys Become an expert on our diverse lineup of vehicles. You'll educate customers on performance features, advanced safety systems, innovative technology, fuel efficiency, and available financing options With our competitive commission structure, the more you sell, the more you earn Work alongside a motivated and fun-loving team of professionals who support each other and thrive in a positive work environment What We're Looking For: Proven sales experience (automotive preferred, but high-performing sales backgrounds will be considered) A professional, people-first approach with strong communication and listening skills Self-motivation and the drive to exceed goals A positive attitude and polished presentation Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience considered What We Offer: Paid training Health insurance with $0 cost available!
