As an Account Executive at Pacific Rim Capital Inc., you will be responsible for generating new business with large enterprises who require leasing or financing to support sourcing needs, or may benefit by considering a lease or finance solution. Your success will hinge on a proactive mindset, tenacity under pressure, and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences. A self-starter attitude, strong phone skills, and comfort with outbound calling are essential to success in this role. Account Executives earn an hourly rate that equates to $100,000 - $125,000 annually along with an uncapped commission plan. PRC's top account executives earn over $700k annually. This is a fully remote position. Key responsibilities include: Generate new business: Proactively identify, qualify, and engage enterprise-level leads to expand PRC's customer base. Outbound prospecting: Identify and initiate contact with key decision-makers, effectively communicate PRC's value, and schedule discovery meetings. Navigate complex sales cycles: Manage multi-stakeholder relationships, including C-suite executives, finance teams, and procurement departments, to secure approval. Client relationship management: Cultivate trust and rapport with prospective and assigned accounts to drive revenue growth and maximize client satisfaction. Pipeline & forecast management: Maintain accurate sales pipeline data, track milestones, and ensure timely follow-up to meet or exceed targets. Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with internal teamsincluding credit, underwriting, and operationsto facilitate smooth onboarding and long-term client success. Continuous improvement: Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and evolving customer requirements to refine sales strategies. Requirements include: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Three years equipment leasing or financing experience. Enterprise sales experience highly preferred. Strong communication skills. Self-starter mindset. Consultative approach. Resilience & adaptability. Track record of success. Analytical & organized. Team player. Initial compensation and benefits include: Base salary: $100k to $125K minimum guaranteed; earning potential $125,000 - $750,000.
