As the Tenant Relations Specialist you will be assisting in asset and property management services. This position will provide internal and external customer support while completing a variety of regular tasks as required. Specific responsibilities include: Participating in the processing of all applications for prospective tenants, including all criminal background checks, 3rd party verifications for landlord, income and assets, preparation of lease and welcome packets. Maintaining the wait-list for applicants. Filing of all tenant files, making sure all paperwork is in the file and setting up of new tenant files. Completing Lease signings and Initial Certifications. Coordinating apartment readiness process with cleaning and maintenance. Ensuring appropriate paperwork for move-outs, inspections, keys, move-out disposition is completed. Providing Customer Service to tenants, coordinating with them on concerns and issues. Conducting Unit inspections per policy while monitoring keys for apartments and buildings. Producing data for Occupancy reporting. Updating the Tenant Lists and showing available apartments to applicants. Posting apartments for maintenance and inspections. Preparing and delivering Lease Violations and Courtesy Notices. Monitoring weekly police reports and reports relevant information to the team. Monitoring tenant account ledgers, accesses late fees, and sends Balance Due letters as needed. Reporting facility maintenance and repair service needs in a timely manner. Who Are We? Qualifications & Program Information

What You Need? You will need a High School diploma or GED and previous experience in a clerical, administrative or customer service related position. Additional requirements include: Intermediate computer skills in a MS Office environment including Excel and Word Strong word processing and typing abilities Effective written and verbal communication skills Good reading and comprehensive skills Ability to prioritize workload and complete tasks in a timely manner
