Roles & Responsibilities A UX Copywriter writes clear, user-focused content for digital products, collaborating with designers and developers to craft intuitive interfaces and guide users through tasks. Key responsibilities include writing microcopy for buttons, error messages, and onboarding, aligning content with the product's voice and brand guidelines, conducting user research to inform copy, and performing A/B testing to optimize content. Essential skills include strong writing and communication, user empathy, design thinking, research, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities • Write clear, concise microcopy for UI elements such as buttons, menus, error messages, notifications, and tooltips to help users navigate and complete tasks. • Work closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure the language aligns with the product's design, functionality, and user experience. • Create and maintain the product's voice and tone, ensuring consistency across all user-facing content. • Gather insights from user research to understand user needs and preferences, then use this information to draft effective and empathetic copy. • Conduct A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different copy options and make data-driven decisions to improve user engagement and task completion. • Write content that is accessible to all users, adhering to best practices for inclusive design. • Participate in design reviews and provide valuable feedback on user journeys and interaction patterns from a content perspective.

Salary Range: $85,000 to $110,000 per year
