Jimmy Choo Brand Ambassador

Develop personal clientele and be instrumental in the development, enhancement and success of the Jimmy Choo brand. Represent the brand through client interactions (in-store and virtually) and act as a brand ambassador in the community Fulfill key-holder responsibilities (i.e., store opening and closing, cash handling and financial responsibilities) Maintain a high level of product knowledge Provide prompt, attentive and knowledgeable assistance to all clients and ensure the highest service standards are maintained at all times Sales standards Cash wrap standards Client book management Inventory management Customer and After Sales service Help clients make selections and assist in the try-on process Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures and directives Attendance / Reporting for Work (Ulti-Pro)
