Job Summary: Acts as an advocate and liaison for patients and visitors at the time of arrival by greeting guests in a prompt, caring and courteous manner; providing directions, badging of visitors or escorting guests to requested areas of the hospital. Qualifications: H.S. Diploma/GED required Minimum Requirements:
Exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of hospital locations and/or services
Proven ability to function independently
