Job Description:

The Jr. QA Consultant will support quality assurance activities for custom applications, working closely with business users, project teams, and technical partners. This role focuses on manual and automated testing, UAT support, defect tracking, and ensuring software quality throughout the development lifecycle using Agile methodologies. Requirement/Must Have:

Experience testing custom applications. Experience testing GIS components. Experience working in Agile environments. bility to perform manual and automated testing. Experience documenting test cases, test results, and defects. Strong verbal and written communication skills. bility to prioritize multiple tasks and manage deadlines. Experience:

3-5 years of experience in software testing on development projects. Experience with mid-scale or large-scale system development projects. Experience creating and executing test plans, test scripts, and test strategies. Experience with UAT preparation, execution, and support. Experience using GitHub and ServiceNow. Responsibilities:

Create and document test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Execute tests, analyze results, and report defects and anomalies. Support UAT activities by assisting business users and analysts. Participate in defect triage meetings and sprint demos. Work collaboratively with business partners, PMO, and vendor delivery teams. Ensure testing activities are completed on time and as planned. Report weekly status updates to the QA Testing Lead. Should Have:

Experience with mobile device testing. Experience working in public sector environments. Skills:

System testing and QA testing. Regression, performance, load, and security testing. Parallel and comparative testing. Business continuity and post-go-live validation testing. Defect tracking and requirement traceability documentation. nalytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Qualification And Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Software testing certifications such as CAST, CSTE, CSQA, or CMSQ preferred.
