Our client, a well-know and growing fashion brand, is hiring a
Social Media Manager
to lead organic social presence and help grow an engaged community for a well-known, expanding fashion brand. This role blends brand storytelling with a performance mindset-owning day-to-day channel management, creating platform-native content, and building creator and affiliate relationships that support broader marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
• Lead and grow organic social channels across key platforms (Instagram/Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok) • Develop monthly content plans aligned to launches, seasonal moments, and retail priorities • Publish and schedule posts, ensuring consistent brand voice and visual standards • Create and edit short-form, platform-native content (e.g., reels-style video, styling clips, behind-the-scenes) • Collaborate with creative and marketing partners to request and shape social-first assets • Manage daily community engagement, monitor sentiment, and route customer issues as needed • Build relationships with creators; coordinate gifting, UGC deliverables, and usage rights • Support affiliate/creator programs: recruit partners, track performance, and help drive revenue contribution • Monitor performance metrics (growth, engagement, saves/shares, video views) and deliver insights to improve results • Continuously foster brand consistency • 3+ years in corporate social media ideally within fashion or beauty • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple timelines • Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment
