Who are we looking for?

A Salesforce lead to work on a critical project for one of our biggest clients in banking domain should have minimum 9-12 years of experience in CRM. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing, designing large solutions, and managing cutting edge technology applications.

Job Description: Technical skills: Experience with Salesforce Declarative development using Process Builder, Workflows, Lightning App Builder, etc. Experience with Salesforce platform programming languages - Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, APEX, SOQL, and SOSL. Experience with JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. Knowledge and experience with Salesforce architecture and APIs, Salesforce security configuration, sharing rules and user management. Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (a.k.a. Community Portals). Experience with the agile software development. Experience with 1st Generation Managed Package and knowledge on 2nd generation Managed Package. Proven integration experience using integration techniques - REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth and Single Sign-On. Thorough understanding of Salesforce Deployment Process, tools, CI/CD. Experience collaborating with teams to improve processes that align with agency goals while demonstrating the ability to deliver excellent results and maintain a collegial work environment. Good verbal and written communication with internal and external users. Ability to work independently to analyze issues and resolve problems. Experience prioritizing work and meeting time sensitive deadlines, including follow-through while balancing and prioritizing multiple activities and responsibilities. Demonstrated experience engaging in creative problem solving and taking initiative, while utilizing a solutions-oriented approach and exhibiting flexibility and good judgement in a complex organizational ecosystem. Experience with Sales Cloud, Service cloud and Experience Cloud. Good to have knowledge on Financial Services Cloud. Management skills:

Participate in daily stand ups, track the progress and high light the risks Maintain project progress and provide daily, weekly and monthly updates to client Well versed with scrum ceremonies, processes & practices + sprint planning, retrospective. Well versed with various scrum metrics (productivity, defect density, velocity, burndown etc) Guide the team at offshore on overall project issues/challenges

Leadership skills:

Ability to collaborate effectively across application, infrastructure, database groups Ability to guide and mentor the project team in technical aspects. Ability to work within and lead a team Ability to influence others and conflict/resolution skills
