Estimator

We are looking for an Estimator with strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record in
commercial construction projects . The ideal candidate is a team player who can also work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor and materials Utilize
Conceptual Design
and
Value Engineering
techniques as needed Develop and present budgets, reports, and project plans Manage estimates for multiple projects simultaneously Collaborate with clients, owners, field personnel, and design teams while maintaining autonomy Qualifications
1+ years
of experience estimating commercial construction projects Bachelor’s degree
in Construction Management or related field strongly preferred Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to analyze and organize data efficiently
