They specialize in luxury renovations, custom additions, and full home transformations that blend beauty, function, and craftsmanship. About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Architectural Designer/Project Developer with a strong background in residential remodeling to play a central role in our design-build process. This position blends design leadership, estimating input, and project coordination, and requires someone comfortable working across concept development through construction support. What You'll Do

Collaborate with the Design Director and homeowners through concept, design development, and project follow-up phases Measure and document existing site and structural conditions Develop creative, functional residential remodeling solutions for additions, renovations, and kitchen/bath projects Prepare presentation drawings, construction plans, and 3D models Assist in developing preliminary budgets and scope outlines Coordinate closely with production teams and trade partners on specifications and feasibility Conduct site visits and inspections to evaluate remodeling constraints Perform take-offs and obtain vendor and subcontractor pricing Compile estimates aligned with project budgets Track architectural and specialty item orders Ensure documentation accuracy across contracts and project materials Transition projects from design into construction phases Support field teams during construction through site reviews and issue resolution Address design modifications and scope adjustments as needed What You Bring

10+ years of experience in residential architecture, remodeling design, or project development Degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, or a related discipline required Strong background in renovations, additions, and kitchen/bath design Knowledge of wood-frame construction and residential building methods Proficiency in Chief Architect or similar design software (e.g., Revit) and estimating tools Ability to produce construction plans and detailed specifications Strong communication and presentation skills with clients and team members Leadership capability and mentoring mindset Strong organization and attention to detail Valid driver's license and willingness to conduct site visits Flexibility and comfort wearing multiple hats within a small collaborative firm What We Offer
