
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Paralegal role located in Greenwood Village, CO. The Senior Paralegal will be experienced and highly organized to support attorneys across multiple practice areas, including Immigration, Civil Litigation, Criminal Defense, Family Law, and Personal Injury. The ideal candidate will have strong case management skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced legal environment.
This role requires leadership capability, procedural expertise, and the ability to oversee other paralegals in all areas while ensuring efficient case progression from intake through resolution.
Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in a multi-practice law firm.
Paralegal certificate or Associate/Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies (preferred).
Strong knowledge of civil procedure, court rules, and filing requirements.
Experience with immigration filings (USCIS and EOIR preferred), criminal case documentation, family law pleadings, and personal injury case management.
Proficiency in legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred but not required.
