Many AI tools today struggle to maintain continuity between sessions, resulting in repetitive inputs and inefficient processing. This platform addresses that challenge by enabling applications to selectively reference prior interactions and structured data while giving organizations full authority over storage, retention, and governance. The outcome is faster performance, improved efficiency, and more capable enterprise-scale AI experiences.
Role Overview – Developer Relations Lead This is the first dedicated Developer Relations hire and will own the external developer experience end-to-end. You will create technical content, support integrations, engage with users and contributors, and act as the primary bridge between product engineering and the developer community.
What You’ll Do
Develop tutorials, demos, and educational resources
Improve onboarding flows and technical documentation
Maintain code samples and SDK examples across multiple languages
Grow and support online developer communities
Manage issue tracking, discussions, and contributor support
Host virtual or in-person workshops, meetups, and live demos
Represent the company at technical events and conferences
Gather developer feedback and relay insights to internal teams
Assist with partner and ecosystem integrations
What Success Looks Like
Clear, well-adopted technical documentation and examples
Increasing community participation and external contributions
Strong developer satisfaction and retention
A consistent external technical narrative
Effective communication loop between users and product teams
Requirements
Strong programming background in at least one modern language
Familiarity with APIs, data platforms, or AI-adjacent tooling
Experience in Developer Relations, technical education, advocacy, or open-source projects
Ability to create clear written and visual technical content
Strong communication and presentation skills
Nice to Have
Open-source involvement
Startup or early-stage company experience
Public speaking, workshops, or streaming experience
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure or modern backend stacks
