CRM Administrator | Microsoft Dynamics 365 | DFW | Onsite
We are on the search for a hands-on CRM Administrator to own and support our new Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
This is an onsite, individual contributor role focused on system administration, user support, dashboards, and integrations across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Parts. You will be the internal Dynamics expert, ensuring the CRM works reliably and delivers clean data and reporting for leadership.
Ideal candidates have strong Dynamics 365 admin experience, solid Microsoft ecosystem skills and enjoy owning a platform others rely on.
Duties and Responsibilities
Administers and maintains Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM across all supported business functions.
Manages CRM users, security roles, permissions, environments, and system settings.
Configures entities, fields, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and business rules.
Provides day-to-day support for CRM users, troubleshooting issues and resolving requests in a timely manner.
Builds and maintains dashboards and reports to support leadership visibility, accountability, and performance tracking.
Maintains CRM integrations with enterprise systems, ERP(IntelliDealer) and Dynamics Customer Insights.
Serves as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and external vendors for CRM-related initiatives and integrations.
Configures workflows and automation within Dynamics 365.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Strong IT skills, including system administration, integrations, and data management.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
3–6 years of experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM required.
Experience supporting CRM users across multiple business functions preferred.
Experience coordinating CRM integrations with ERP or marketing platforms preferred.
