Responsibilities
Add six additional languages to the Mindful SCB platform.
Implement changes on the IVR to include the scheduled call back prompt.
Make PS changes on VCC for agent availability and create a separate skill for scheduled call back per language. Languages: Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Korean, Armenian, Tagalog.
Multi year development, support project.
