Qualifications
Expertise in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage
Proficiency in providing exceptional Customer Service and assisting with Health Insurance-related queries
Knowledge and experience in working within the Insurance industry, including understanding insurance policies and regulations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment
Licensing in relevant insurance products or willingness to obtain licenses as required
Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
