Non-Deal Roadshow Lead | MedTech, Diagnostics & Life Sciences Tools
We are seeking an experienced
NDR Lead
with knowledge of the MedTech, Diagnostics, and Life Sciences Tool sector. This role will lead and execute the company’s investor engagement and non-deal roadshow (NDR) strategy and serve as a primary liaison to clients and institutional investors.
The ideal candidate brings deep familiarity with MedTech and diagnostics business models, investor relationships within the sector, with a strong track record of independently managing investor targeting, NDRs, and ongoing investor communications.
Key Responsibilities Investor Engagement & Relationship Management
Serve as a primary point of contact for institutional investors, analysts, and shareholders focused on MedTech, Diagnostics, and Life Sciences Tools
Lead ongoing investor engagement efforts, including regular touchpoints, follow-ups, and relationship development
Prepare and support executive management for investor interactions, including one-on-one meetings, bank conferences, earnings-related engagements, and site visits as needed.
NDR Leadership & Investor Targeting
Act as NDR Lead, independently planning, targeting, and executing Non-Deal Roadshows (NDRs) across key investor geographies
Develop and maintain a targeted investor universe, segmented by strategy, sector focus, ownership profile, and investment style
Partner with banks, IR advisors, and internal stakeholders to optimize meeting schedules, audience quality, and follow-through
Track investor feedback and engagement outcomes to refine future targeting and messaging
Corporate Access & Investor Events
Coordinate and execute investor engagement initiatives, including:
NDRs and conference programs
Management roadshows
KOL & R+D days
Ensure consistent messaging and a seamless experience across all investor touchpoints
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Call Participation
Attend and actively contribute to weekly and bi-weekly internal calls with the internal team made up of a Relationship Manager, Associate Relationship Manager and Communications lead.
Qualifications & Experience
7+ years of experience MedTech/Diagnostics equity sales, research, investment banking, or a related capital markets role with relationships across the MedTech investment sector
Must have demonstrated experience independently leading NDRs, including investor targeting, scheduling, execution, and follow-up
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with experience communicating complex technical and financial topics to institutional investors
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred
